The REACH Conference 2026 is an international event that, for over a decade, has brought together speakers and participants from various sectors of industry, regulatory and enforcement bodies, public administration, non-governmental organizations, academia, and other stakeholders.
16th REACH Conference will take place in Poland – Katowice-Chorzów on September 30 – October 1 2026.

In previous editions, among the speakers and participants, we welcomed:
- representatives of the European Parliament, the European Commission, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), and enforcement authorities;
- representatives of renowned industry organizations, such as: DUCC, FECC, Cosmetics Europe, Cefic, Eurometaux, A.I.S.E., and the European PARC initiative;
- delegates from leading companies in the chemical sector, including BASF, ExxonMobil, and Volkswagen.
Conference Focus
The conference programme focuses on current and upcoming challenges related to the European regulatory system in the areas of chemicals, detergents, cosmetics, and consumer products. These topics are discussed with consideration of the dynamically changing legal and business environment.
European initiatives
Particular attention will be given to new standards and approaches being implemented in the European Union, including actions aimed at preventing greenwashing, principles of sustainable product design (eco-design), methods for identifying and monitoring substances of very high concern (SVHC), as well as other key initiatives shaping the future of the European market.

REACH beyond the European Union
On 2 October 2026, a side event of the REACH Conference will take place, dedicated to the analysis and comparison of the European REACH system with chemical regulations applicable in countries outside the European Union. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss key differences in approaches to chemicals management, exchange experiences, and present the challenges faced by companies operating in global markets.
